All you need is a cell phone or computer with an internet connection. The best part? Virtual Branch Next allows you to check your balances, make loan and FFCU VISA credit card payments, verify that drafts and debits have cleared, review account and loan history, view items pending in the ACH Warehouse deposits (direct deposit) and transfer money between your FFCU share accounts. Now you can even manage your finances easier with eAlerts to remind you of loan due dates, low balance alerts, cleared checks and authorized hold on your account. Virtual Branch Next is totally free to our members! There are no monthly fees or hidden costs. It is also available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For the protection of your account information, you must have an email address on file to sign up for Virtual Branch Next. If you do not have an email address on file, please call us at 989-759-1686 to set up your email prior to signing up for online banking.
If you are a first time user of Virtual Branch Next please click "enroll now" from the link below or our home page. You logon ID for your first time login is your member number (account number) - please note it must be six digits (accounts such as 24455 would be 024455). Your first time password will be the LAST FOUR of your Social Security number.

Our Phone Teller 24 system is a menu run system which allows you to do different types of transactions on your account, such as checking your account balance, checks that have cleared your account, transfer money and make loan and FFCU credit card payments. Call any office today to sign up for Teller 24.
