ATM Card
With a FFCU ATM Card you can access your savings account for withdrawals, regardless of our lobby hours at thousands of Free ATMs.
The CO-OP Network offers more than 30,000 No-Surcharge ATM's nationwide and allows withdrawals and deposits outside of Michigan. Search for a surcharge free ATM or enter a Zip Code to find nearby ATMs.
Debit Card
Our Debit Card also allows for convenient withdrawals from an ATM, along with the power to purchase from merchants accepting the VISA Card logo. All transactions will automatically be deducted from your FFCU Checking Account.
All debit cards earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for merchandise, travel, digital downloads, gift cards, or purchases for the home, personal, or recreational use. The best part? You can link your debit card rewards to your Visa Credit Card rewards as well as to other FFCU VISA Debit or VISA Credit Cards (in your “Household”) to allow your joint rewards points to accumulate quicker for those larger exchanges.

Debit/Credit Card Disputes
If you notice a charge on your account or credit card with FFCU, it is important for you to alert us immediately. We are here to help you dispute any charges on your account that were not authorized by you. As there are specific steps we must follow before we can credit your account, please contact us at 989-759-1686 and ask to speak with our transaction dispute expert to start the process.
Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Cards
If you have lost or had your wallet stolen, you can quickly and easily "shut off" your card by using our SecurLock app! You can register both your FFCU ATM/Debit and FFCU VISA Credit Card by downloading the app from your mobile devices app store. Or, you can call the credit union at 989.759.1686 ext. 510 during normal business hours, or 1.800.325.3678.
